@N3cessary3vil @rogue_gold It’s a flat 25% DR, it’s only useless in long range. Also a 10% nerf isn’t making it useless. When nothing in the game gives that kind of DR in the first place. (Aside from the backpack perk that gives 50% DR when and after reviving). Not sure if they nerfed the backpack too.
