No. Because that's we as Americans have let happen. The officer with 35lbs of gear on had plenty of cardio left. He was intentionally holding back because he did not want to injure the man. He only wanted compliance. Yet, the man being subdued was unwilling to be arrested by a white man. You wanna talk about racism?
