@flyaero, it has come to my attention that the business class ticket I personally purchased with my own funds was allegedly used by “myself” on August 4, 2025. This is categorically false, as I have been in the United States since January 2025 and could not have possibly taken that flight.

Despite multiple formal refund requests and repeated calls, your company has refused to issue a refund or permit a change of travel date. Yet this same ticket was mysteriously recorded as “used.”

This incident constitutes a serious breach of trust and potential fraud, and it calls into question the integrity of your ticketing and passenger verification systems.

I am demanding an immediate investigation, written explanation, and full refund of the fare. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the @NigeriaCAA
Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), the Consumer Protection Council (CPC), and other relevant authorities for a full inquiry into this misconduct.

I expect a swift and transparent resolution within 72 hours of this notice.
