I guess I don’t understand why some people are OK with mass unfettered illegal immigration. When I grew up, my mother had a friend named May who was Palestinian. Her family and their home was taken and they were displaced from what was then Palestine. She immigrated to America for a chance at a better life. May spent well over a year learning, the English language assimilating to our country, learning US history and then passed an exhaustive exam which was required back in the 1980’s to become a United States citizen. Once she successfully completed her citizenship exam, she graduated and officially became a citizen of the United States of America. She was filled with pride and was celebrated by dozens of her friends that she met in her “American journey“. To me, that’s what LEGAL immigration should be.
@trendyhoopstars My wife and I have season tickets two rows behind the UT bench. This past year something was off with the girls on the bench in just about every game. No energy no enthusiasm and a lot of hands-on hips. Just saying.
@CollinRugg Wow! That’s the most deranged lunatic speech I’ve ever heard in my life. Good luck to you, Carver. You just called down the reign of God up upon your head. Good luck, dealing with the ramifications of that shit.
Any of you guys stopped to think… Maybe coach looked at his defense and thought they need six more minutes to rest to win this game and after not getting a first down on the first play or two of the last drive, he decided the best course of action was to play for overtime and win like Georgia did against us.
Question...what will happen to those who celebrated CK's death and lost their jobs? Either they will be further radicalized, or someone will do what Charlie would have done and reach out to them in Christ's love and shared the gospel. I thank God for Charlie and his lasting legacy.
Here's a thought...I see many on the right reveling in the loss of jobs due to horrific comments on the socials.. And I understand that. All of us at some point have hit send and regretted it the next day. For those of us who truly shared Charlies view on Jesus, let me encourage any of you who know someone that lost a job to reach out. One of two things will happen. They will become more radicalized. Or, someone will reach out to them in Christ's love and share the gospel and possibly change the course of a life. Just a thought...
