Just in case you're wondering if @Uber is a piece of shit or not:
Scheduled a ride for when my plane lands out of OAK, when I'm there he's 35 mins away.
They charge me $30 to cancel even though it's clearly their fault
Support will get back to me in 6-12 HOURS.
Refund me now.

This company, in a few words, isn't great at customer service.
They want to charge me a 7% fee to cancel an order that I have not even yet received. This is absolutely predatory. Stay away from companies like this.
