I was asked to be the MC for the @DougCoDems gala last night. At the end of the silent auction, I announced that we had a surprise…everyone check under your seats. Everyone reached down to check. I then said that one seat had the Epstein files under it, and if you found them, raise your hand so we can have you arrested.

No one laughed, but that’s showbiz baby.

Incredible. DougCo Commissioners threaten to arrest citizens who are frustrated they won't answer questions or engage with the public on Home Rule?! They claim this is the 18th public meeting? BS. I went to 3 and they did not take any public questions and left and were not present for public comment. They don't want to hear from DougCo's citizens. This was the first open meeting where they took public questions and they hand selected only 3 from the live audience they presumed were supporters? This is a sham and a farce of how our government should work.

At the Executive Committee meeting on May 12th, The EC voted to formalize the party’s stance against the commissioner’s effort to move forward with home rule.
