@FarTooGone1@BCBacker Did he point to any one particular reason why 48 hours?
In MIM, he was vague and barely mentioned the “48 hours” in passing at the end.
@XRPBeamTeam916@traderview2@MoonLamboio always comments about @traderview2 , that is how I found him. Been following XRP analysis and hodling since 2017. I follow @BCBacker and found Dom about a month ago, his analysis been on point and specific to XRP. Grateful for the alpha from them this bull run! 🚀🐸
@BCBacker BCB, does it concern you that XRP has run up so fast and traditionally is the last altcoin to moon before end of bull run? Does this signal end of bull run soon?
"This time is different."
The most dangerous words a retail investor can repeat, that ultimately leads to "game over."
ex. Covid, Tesla is buying, $100k Diamond Hands, FTX, ETFs, etc... It's always something and "this time this narrative means a different result." Every pivotal reversal comes with a narrative and retail saying "this time is different."
However, no matter what, the outcome of the next move will be different from Bitcoin's historical behavior.
Right now, Bitcoin sits on its 50-week moving average. In every circumstance of Bitcoin's history where the price reached the 50-week moving average, that has always meant Bitcoin was in a bear market, and that further downside price action was to come. Especially if the weekly Relative Strength Index was in the 40s, which it is currently in right now.
At the same time, Bitcoin has not expanded into a bull market, and we are in the time window of the longest non-expansion in history.
This means that if Bitcoin does what it always does, and breaks down from the 50-week moving average, then Bitcoin will not expand, and it will be the first time in history Bitcoin does not get a cyclical bull run.
Also, if Bitcoin does actually expand here, and the 50-week moving average is the "spring board" of support for Bitcoin to head into a bull run, then it means the 50-week moving average will no longer have a 100% hit rate of forecasting bear markets. It has never been wrong.
By default, this means that the result of the next move for Bitcoin will be different. If Bitcoin expands, then the 50-week moving average is no longer 100% foolproof.
If Bitcoin breaks through the 50-week moving average like it always does, then for the first time ever Bitcoin will not expand like it has for all past cycles.
So, mathematically, by default, it means the next move for Bitcoin will be different. We will either no longer imply confident meaning to the 50-week moving average, or cycle theory will officially be dead.
Either Bitcoin falls without an expansion for the first time ever, or the 50-week moving average is a spring board, which it has never done before, and loses its 100% hit rate of forecasting bear markets.
One way or another, this time will be different.
When Bitcoin made the push back to the highs in 2020, it was the show stopper event. BTC Dominance roared.
That is not the case in 2023-2024. There is a significant dynamic difference happening in this environment, with the altcoin market keeping up and many outpacing.
You can really see that here when overlaying a lot of the top coins during that rally back to the high in 2020 for Bitcoin.
Bitcoin was the best performer as it was stealing the show.
But this time around, the altcoin market has been behaving much stronger during this rally in 2023-2024, with Bitcoin in the mid-pack.
Something is at play. We'll keep an eye on it.
@BCBacker Look closer guys…we have seen first poke above .618 fib to 49k…next should be a march back above .618 for next few months to near 52k peaking around mid year (Near BTC halving/rate cut euphoria in stock market)…then lights out.
@BCBacker BCB throwing a spicy grenade for all the XRP haters over the years now drooling over the possibility of the ultimate banker scenario - BTC EFT… 🌶️😂👊
