On March 11, @LGUS told me my issue was being elevated to the “Presidential Liaison Team” and they would contact me for resolution. Today is April 19 and I have heard nothing. Nothing. Beyond poor.

So I paid full price but have a damaged product. @LGUS and @LGUSSupport not doing a thing. I mean nothing. Silence.

@LGUS delivered my new refrigerator and it was damaged. Got an exchange set up. Guess what? Replacement was also damaged. Now #LG says their policy is to only allow one exchange. What???? Complete lack of customer service.
