We have to pace ourselves now. I am in the house now for 15 min of rest after the half hour of garden work. I have much more to do and I don’t think there is enough day left to finish this chore, l guess, to be continued. Drink more than a lot of water. In Phoenix it is no joke, we have already had a number of heat fatalities. 108F. Take care of yourself ❤️

@janewynn Unfortunately that is the way it is. I stay more in the loop by making follow-up appointments as I am leaving the office. My insurance requires an annual wellness check that seems to help anyway. Iam sure it depends on Insurance also
