Dear Deb the evidence was quite circumstantial. He rides his bike along the pool. He sees something floating in the water he gets off his bike and reaches down and pull it up and its the lining. The pool is 18" deep in all places. To cut the lining his arm would had to be all the way extended in the water near his shoulder. The video show no knife. His testimony validates the video footage..
