@AskHalifaxBank Hi, I received an email saying my access to Online Banking has been removed because I hadn’t logged on for a while. Is this a genuine communication from you? It’s true I hadn’t logged on for some time but I’ve not seen this lead to cancellation of online access

@premierinn In Premier Inn Bank / Monument with 4 year old daughter and no running water ... Can’t give her a bath, wash our hands, or flush the toilet 😐. Not ideal. Think it’s a wider problem in the area though and staff are doing their best in tricky circumstances 👏

@sainsburys Hi, I sent an email to the Online Services account on Saturday raising some issues with some recent deliveries. I got the automated acknowledgment but no further respsonse. Any idea how this can be addressed? Thanks.
