🇺🇸 MINNESOTA TOWN CAN'T AFFORD $10M WATER PLANT - WHILE EMPTY "DAYCARES" PULLED $110M IN FIRST DAY OF INVESTIGATION

Mayor Mike Murphy of Lexington, Minnesota just said the quiet part loud:

"If there wasn't so much fraud, waste and abuse, there would be money for us to build that water treatment facility for our residents."

His town has 4,000 people. They need a $10 million water plant. Can't afford it. Forced to buy water from neighboring communities.

Meanwhile, across Minnesota:

"Quality Learing Center" (doors locked, zero kids): $4 million

Future Leaders Early Learning (completely empty): $6.67 million

Mako + Mini Child Care (no children observed): $4.6 million

ABC Learning Center (windows blacked out): $3 million

One citizen journalist found $110 million in fraud on day one. Federal prosecutors estimate the total scam at $9 billion minimum.

Lexington needs $10 million for water infrastructure that would serve 4,000 Americans. Can't get it.

Fake daycares with misspelled signs serving zero children? Billions available.

That's the trade. American towns don't get clean water because the money's going to empty buildings billing the state for services never rendered.

This isn't abstract anymore. This is a mayor standing in front of cameras saying "my residents can't have water infrastructure because fraud ate the budget."

Tim Walz was governor during all of this. His administration approved the licenses. His agencies processed the payments. His oversight failed so completely that buildings with no children received millions annually for years.

The fraud didn't just steal money. It stole infrastructure. It stole schools. It stole public services. Every dollar that went to fake daycares is a dollar that didn't go to water plants, roads, bridges, actual education.

Lexington's mayor shouldn't have to explain why Americans deserve water before empty buildings get millions. But here we are.

The equation's simple: $9 billion in fraud could build 900 water treatment plants. Minnesota has 853 cities. They could have upgraded infrastructure statewide with the money that disappeared into the scam.

Instead, towns of 4,000 people are begging for $10 million while facilities serving nobody collect checks.

That's not government inefficiency. That's systematic looting while essential services collapse.
