Support the City Council bill to abolish arbitrary limits on vending licenses supported by the real estate industry to eliminate competition. Vendors on first rung of economic ladder: hard working, challenging conditions, low pay. Bless them. Vote Yes on Thursday.

I fear homeless shelters will be death traps. NYC must urgently prioritize a plan for the homeless, who are the most vulnerable, least likely to be insured or have healthcare, and can't self-quarantine. It will compound the danger facing all of us.
