Wow! Just wow! @LGUS and @Lowes purchased a LG washer and dryer that was damaged by the installers in late June. Finally got confirmation today from LG of@my service appointment on JANUARY 9, 2023!???! What kind of freaking warranty service is that???
Never buy anything from @LGUS or @Lowes in Ellijay, Ga. Lowe’s managers at this store refuse to deal with my delivery issue, and LG refuses to provide service under warranty.
Ellijay, Ga @Lowes and @LGUS - Horrible service! Lowes installers broke my appliance during installation, neither of you will own it. Visited the Lowes store today, both managers would not even come out and talk to me. What’s it going to take??

@LGUS@Lowes the installers literally shoved my washer/dryer into the space by kicking it with their feet. Managers Denise & Evan communicated through their floor employee: “sorry, file a warranty claim”!?!

@Delta Have tried 3 times now to speak to a rep. These hold times are unacceptable. Currently at 55 minutes, when the stated time was under 20. Please have someone call me.
