Eric has a special machine, unlike anything in use at other parks. It’s specifically designed for goose poop removal.

“Really simply, it's a broom that's geared to some tires on the machine…it sweeps goose poop up into a collector,” he tells me.

Dedicated people get things done. PLPA was 20 years in the making. The late Phil Saunders, then his daughter @ElizabethInDot, picked up the mantle. Now we have a law that mandates a process for converting public open space for any other use.
