@BillerVan You could also say take the penalty, which is valid, but it could have been a penalty shot, which gives more of an advantage to Past in that situation. Ideally, it shouldn't come to that and he should never sneak behind the D to begin with.

@BillerVan Ya he coulda been a little more physical, but he was behind, so chances would have been high that it woulda been a penalty because he cut off pathway to Past already. So Lyon could have cheated, but nobody anticipates a cutback like that. A great player just makes a great play.

@BillerVan That's tricky. Lyon honestly played the angle about as best as anyone, took away 3/4 of the net, with only like 6 inches of room to be beat. Once Past had Lyon moving, that cutback is just one of those, what a move moments.
