@EJXD2@PreaknessStakes What about Seize the Grey? He was not favored in the Pat Day Mile and was not favored in the Preakness and won both. Why doesn't he count? You didn't say "Triple Crown or Kentucky Derby" race. Just saying
@kaitlinebenson@RenCarothers Thank you! The hardest workers at any track and they need some air time as they know the horses better than even the trainers.
@VivekGRamaswamy
Vivek, as an Ohio voter I keep hearing your big promises for governor cut taxes, bring jobs, etc. But youβre not giving any details on how youβll actually do it.
It feels like the same old politician talk with no specifics. Which taxes exactly will you cut and by how much? What exact policies/incentives will you use to bring which jobs to Ohio?
Ohio deserves real details, not slogans. Can you lay out the plan?

My faith in God doesnβt come from a church. It comes from Jesus and the Holy Spirit who lives within me. I study the Scriptures every single day, and I can feel my faith growing stronger with each passing day. Nothing happens on this earth outside of Godβs sovereign will. π
@TonyCalo5@BobbyAtTheSpa I like Fulleffort.. Jeff Ruby Steaks winners fare well in the Derby and the media keeps ignoring him.. it will be interesting who Irad picks to ride.
I respect your push to improve Ohio's education system through higher standards and merit-based pay for top teachers, but let's address the funding elephant in the room. As someone who's fully paid off my home in Ohio and has no kids in school, why should I keep footing the bill through property taxes? Ohio sold us the lottery back in the '70s as a way to fund schools without relying on property taxes, and it now brings in over $1.4 billion annually for education. Marijuana legalization was another revenue stream pitched to support state needs, yet property taxes keep rising. Your plan to slash property taxes is a step in the right direction, but we need to go further: exempt fully paid-off homeowners without school-aged kids entirely. That way, we reward responsibility and use those alternative funds as intended, without forcing retirees and empty-nesters to subsidize a system they no longer directly use. What do you say?
Thatβs a wrap on the 2026 @TurfwayPark Winter/Spring Meet. Thank you to everyone for the support all season and best wishes down the road. See you back in Florence on Wednesday, Dec. 2.
After 25 years with @TurfwayPark and the last 13 as its general manager, Chip Bach will retire April 1, concluding a career that helped guide the Northern Kentucky track through significant change and into a period of sustained growth.
