Go ask 3 of your teammates that AREN’T your best friends and are tough enough to be honest with you and ask:

-What do you think of me as a teammate?

-If a college coach called you and asked about me, what would you say?

-Would you want me to be your teammate in college?

Don’t respond to their answers and just listen.

Being a good teammate is the lowest hanging fruit to making it to the next level.
