What a week in Sardinia, Italy, for @Amway’s Founders Council.
Grateful for the opportunity to spend time with leaders who have built extraordinary legacies and to see the next generation stepping forward with purpose.
Who invested in you when you were just getting started?
“We need to be the best husbands, the best wives, the best fathers, the best mothers we possibly can. Our children, and our country, are counting on it—on us.” – Doug DeVos, Believe! 50th Anniversary Edition. Happy Mother’s Day from The Believe! Journal.
Titan Holdings founder Ritankar Das has a conversation with a new AI model trained on our Editor-in-Chief, @Doug_DeVos. Learn what it had to say in The Believe! Journal: https://t.co/Hk3GRafzVF
Energized by my time in Mexico and especially grateful to spend time with leaders I have known for decades, alongside the next generation who is continuing to build this business with innovation and drive. #DCMexico2026#AmwayLife
SailGP has turned into the hottest show on the seas, with the foiling race series distinguishing itself from other sports around the world. https://t.co/kqlNg09Ji2
“In Christianity, grace is God’s outpouring of love for humanity… and here on earth, grace means giving each other the benefit of the doubt and forgiving each other when we make mistakes.” -- Doug DeVos, Believe! 50th Anniversary Edition
Happy Easter from The Believe! Journal team!
Great being with the next generation of Grand Rapidians at GVSU last night, sharing how principled leaders and free enterprise helped build this city. Thanks to our friends at Anchor Institute. for hosting. The future is in good hands!
In the age of artificial intelligence, how should we think about the greatest intelligence, namely God? Believe! Journal Editor-in-Chief Doug DeVos raises this question and sets the stage for discussion with this issue’s contributors, who mine both the spiritual and tech worlds for answers. Today would have been Dad’s 100th birthday. We are reminded daily of the incredible life he lived and the thousands of lives he touched around the world. His legacy lives on in the principles he deeply believed in – faith, family, and free enterprise. We miss him dearly, yet we believe now more than ever.
As we approach America’s 250th, the path forward starts closer to home than we think. Renewal doesn’t begin in Washington, but in our own communities. I was honored to share some reflections on that in the Wall Street Journal.
Doug DeVos sees the greatest hope for America in Grand Rapids’ ongoing renewal. Read about this regional model for national change in The Believe! Journal: https://t.co/OuIuwx28uK
It was so fun to see the @OrlandoMagic representing the @NBA on a global stage a few weeks ago in Berlin and London. Being back in London was especially meaningful, we even stayed in the same hotel our family did in 1997 when Dad received his heart transplant.
That experience ultimately led my dad to write the book Hope From My Heart, a powerful story we had the opportunity to share with the team and @Amway Business Owners while visiting.
As we wrap up our Free Enterprise focus at @BelieveJournal_, I’m grateful for the contributors who helped tell the story of what’s possible when people are free to create.
Each voice reflects a simple truth: when we empower people to build, solve, and serve, everyone benefits.
Yesterday in Pensacola was a great reminder of what can happen when a clear vision comes together with aligned partners. Seeing @AmerMagicTeam’s new High Performance Center open was the result of a lot of hard work by an incredible group of people… sailors, engineers, and partners, including @SailGP, the @CityofPensacola and the State of Florida. I’m humbled and grateful to everyone who played a part in making it happen and proud of what we’re building together.
American Magic has opened its new High Performance Center in Pensacola, Florida, a year round base for high performance sailing and the North American training base for @SailGP.

“The Savior, yes the Messiah, the Lord has been born tonight in Bethlehem. How will you recognize him?” Merry Christmas from The Believe! Journal family to yours.
