@aubreykrenzer @JulieCorbelli @CalMum_Raiders #raiderknightsTLAP We have started to really focus on the “what’s in it for me idea” Michelle Mckenzie is my coteacher and she calls it the “WIFIM” Now we use that pneumonic device with the kids when we’re talking about the “why” of the lesson.

@JulieCorbelli A1 I used 2 very different poems to teach mood and tone and the differences between them. I was surprised at how many students were able to identify the tone and mods this way.
