We are getting very frustrated and finding this a complete joke as all the agents do on marketplace is ask the seller the same questions and we hear nothing.
These sellers are verified by B&Q it's why we trusted your marketplace.

@AvivaUK changed parents car insurance details on Saturday so they can pick up a new car Thursday.
Garage changed date to Friday, so had to sort it out again.
Charged £24 on Sat and now another £17.
Told refund £24, now phone call and you're keeping all of it.
