@TeamYouTube How would I go about pursuing this legally? I have asked Youtube to take down the videos with my thumbnails and it has been rejected.

Hi @TeamYouTube, I am a thumbnail artist and I recently posted copyright strikes to a channel that is using my thumbnails. After i submitted, Youtube allowed the video to upload again AND still contain my thumbnails, even after I asked the Youtuber to take them down.

@TeamYouTube Yes, I was given this email and the video was reinstated with my thumbnails back on them. The Youtuber was notified on December 27, 2023 to remove the thumbnails, yet they continue to remain on their platform.

I can provide proof that I am the owner of the thumbnails, if needed. Dougymomo is the username I use for Youtube and the account used to report the videos with my thumbnails.

After I tried to resubmit a copyright strike for using MY thumbnails, I was denied to request them down. How do I go moving forward? The Youtuber had been notified I want the thumbnails removed since December 27, 2023 and has not done so. Any help is appreciated.
