When you make fun of a guy for being my friend because he’s on the friendzone you’re implying I’m not worthy of having friends for who I am, and interactions with me are a waste if they are not sexual.
I hope you understand the point.
« Invisible hand » in economics but what about it in the laws of nature, evolution? Taking in consideration most (not all) economic models, graphs are pseudoscience.
@faepaulinee A spicy doable fantasy (to add/receive romance with someone): it’s not that real but not that false neither yet who cares as long as the result is great. Brings both candor and patience to barbarism.
How I judge people who are worth developing deep, meaningful relationships with:
1. Loyal
2. Generous
3. Grateful
4. Authentic
I’ve learned that most folks have one or two of these qualities, and it’s infrequent to find folks with three — let alone all four.
When I find folks with 3 or 4 of these qualities, I invest in those friendships.
When they have two, I enjoy them as acquaintances or colleagues
When they have one or zero, I avoid them, since I have so many folks with the full complement of qualities.
People are fascinated with consciousness.
So they pursue neuroscience & neurobiology.
But they never answer their original question.
What does this tell you? The brain doesn’t create it
The birth control pill changes women’s hormones and makes them attracted to feminine, weak men. Then when they come off birth control to try to get pregnant with the guy they just married, they realize they’re not actually attracted to their husband and his pheromones at all.
The only problem is scalability, related to blockchain implementation, mass adoption: knowing how things are positively evolving; it’s not a problem anymore
@_CVasilescu@mitoscientist@mitoscientists@gavinmcstay2@Bims_BiomedNews@MitoSociety Do you have any interest or have research done on mito damage that isn’t a result from genetic disease? For instance mito damage from drugs (Cipro, etc.)? It’s always hard to diagnose so patients aren’t taken seriously and end up semi or totally disabled.
@ChrisPalmerMD Yes, doc is specialised in genetic disorders. The patient came for Cipro damage, wasn’t taken seriously as tests came neg but only got tested years after the initial take yet still suffers from side effects. I suspect peripheral neuropathy, mito damage…
@ChrisPalmerMD Thank you a lot. I tried to explain to the neuromuscular doc who tried to pass the neg results as « psychosomatic » while the person has all the symptoms and some other evidence of inflammation mito damage, that it being neg doesn’t meant everything.
