Ladies and Gentlemen,

Yes, I have emphysema from my many years of smoking. I have to say that I enjoyed smoking very much, and I do love tobacco - the smell of it, lighting cigarettes on fire, smoking them - but there is a price to pay for this enjoyment, and the price for me is emphysema. I have now quit smoking for over two years. Recently I had many tests and the good news is that I am in excellent shape except for emphysema. I am filled with happiness, and I will never retire.

I want you all to know that I really appreciate your concern.

Saw "Twisters" in IMAX. The previous film by Jan de Bont was in 1996, so it has already been 28 years. At that time, I was just starting to play around with the "PlayStation 1,” so I remember I was impressed just by watching the development of ILM's tornado program. So after 28 years, the “pluralized” sequel was quite enjoyable. Like its predecessor, it is neither a "disaster movie" nor a "survival movie" but rather focuses on storm chasers going after a "tornado,” which is what makes this film successful. The structure of the clash and reconciliation between the two tornado (twisters) characters, the scientist (Daisy Edgar Jones of “Where the Crawdads Sing”) and the “Tornado Wrangler (Glen Powell),” is also brilliant. The film not only showcases the advanced VFX but also "twists" the drama by the characters and successfully "tornadoes" the audience’s emotions. The "tornado’s path" leading up to the end unfolds in a predictable way, but the last scene was nice. Leaving out the romance between them was also perhaps the correct choice. 5 months ago Patrick Harpin walked into @wbpictures @DCofficial and pitched a 𝘉𝘢𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘉𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 Animated Feature.

Before we pitched, they warned us "there is absolutely no way we can do a 𝘉𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 movie", but they loved our enthusiasm. We pitched the outline for the entire film, and what started as a 'never' turned into a 'maybe'.
