Not the weekend we planned at the Penn State camp. Smoke and rain moved everything indoors, but we made the most of it at an incredible facility. Grateful for the opportunity to work with a great coaching staff and post new metrics: 9'7" broad jump | 30" vertical.

Experienced my first Team Camp this weekend at @UofR — thank you to @URskipper, my @RocBrwers coaches, and the visiting college coaches for checking us out.

I faced 12 17U batters (35/24; 3K; 2H; 1BB). Felt nervous, but settled in.

Canandaigua Academy beats Brighton 11-1 at Evans Field behind another huge day from Richie Baskin, who went 3-for-3 with 3 RBI. Baskin singled in the 1st, 4th, and 6th innings and drove in runs in both the 1st and 2nd.

CA takes down Gates Chili 11-3. Jack Clark leads the charge, going 3-for-4 with a 2-RBI triple to break open the 3rd. Mick Schaeffer earns the win (5 IP, 4 H, 0 ER), while the offense piles up 12 hits and 8 bags. Strong defense helped control the game from the middle innings on.
