Let’s never forget that when Air Canada was shut down, the other airlines didn’t help. They instead price gouged Air Canada’s customers. You could have gained customers for life, instead you price gouged them 4-5X the fare value. @WestJet this is despicable and short sighted.

@AirCanada I went to Vancouver airport on 17th afternoon,AC employee manager told me “ I have no crystal ball” to know. And totally ignored the passengers urgency.
Another AC manager told me they got order from high tier: not to offer hotel or any help. even no water for the panic passen

@AirCanada We 3 people flied to Canada the first time, and scheduled AC flight from Vancouver to Ottawa on 18 Aug, it was canceled by AC just 12hours before boarding . We 3 people have booked hotel in Ottawa but have no hotel or backup plan in vancouver.
AC hotline is not responding.
Help!
