@DVLAgovuk Unable to get any help via online chat, phone calls not going through, no email address to write to with regards to getting a response to my application for my provisional permit. Information already returned to DVLA with important documents that were received and signed for.

@DVLAgovuk Hi, I've sent in my application for Prov. Permit on 2nd June and returned the form via registered mail which your office received on 10/6. Your site is telling me that they are still awaiting the returned forms online. Can you offer some assistance as to why that is happening?
