An Open Letter to @yzilabs & @cz_binance

First, I want to congratulate you on the recent success of $ASTER as a YZi Labs incubation. It shows that supporting novel products with a PMF can create massive wins for everybody.

Seedify, in the last 9 months, developed a permissionless launchpad that is about:
- Raising through bonding curves, instead of just dex liquidity migration for builders
- In-platform community voting on which projects are legit for raises for decentralized security practices
- Curation model only for projects with growth/revenue
- Tier and whitelist systems in bonding curves for no sniper to be able to snipe, and no user to have more allocation than the defined amount parameters
- Standard and Full customization options for tokenomics, vestings, and bonding curve steepness, and raise amounts, in the bonding curve to have something for each project's needs in a specific way

Since 2021, we have been the most active non-Cex permissioned launchpad in BNBchain and many other networks, driving tens of thousands of people to the chain. We know the era of permissioned launchpads is ending, and Seedify outperformed in this era, while being a bootstrapped company for many years.

This next stage of permissionless launchpads has much bigger marketcap potential and revenue streams, and no permissionless launchpad is designed for products except what we have been silently developing in the last 9 months.

Virtuals and Pumpfun have respective focuses, but neither of them is about products or has models to raise money for products and builders. We believe there is a massive lack of this in the market.

We believe everything we built here will be a great complement to the mission of $ASTER and Yzi Labs.

Step by step Seedworld is climbing back up:

We are at that phase where we can now show the game more, invite our community, guilds, creators and survival fans to playtests weekly, create a bunch of gameplay content and share clips across many platforms.

A few months ago we had to make hard decisions, pivot from UGC to a pvp survival game, and go for a game that we know we can compete with the traditional survival counterparts.

We are progressing very rapidly towards that goal and while there was times I had to stay silent and let our team build the game, now I wanna speak more and more about Seedworld and show you guys what we are up to as much as we can.

Last few months was not easy, building in crypto is already hard: building in a vertical where people were hearing another studio closing shop every other day was extra hard. Changing the plans you made about UGC a month before launch, was extremely hard.

I remember this one night, where I couldn't sleep in January, knowing if we would launch the UGC in that environment that no brands would put money to building their UGC games in that dark environment: and knowing the key part of the equation would be missing, and there was nothing to do, was like a nightmare.

Some journeys are not that easy, but I truly believe that some day people will call our survival game Beyond The Keep, one of the most fun survival games that they ever played.

I put more than 3-4k hours to survival games myself, and really understand what makes a survival game great.

Regardless, we are inviting survival fans from other traditional games like Rust, Ark and others, to get direct feedback from them now each week too, so we don't second guess anything.

I don't think we are making one of the best web3 games, but one of the best survival games ever made.

When that materializes, thinking bigger and making a UGC world that can compete with the best like Roblox and Fortnite, could be a possibility too.

A lot of gaming studios closed shop in the past 5-6 months.

We have only a few game studios left that will carry the flag, and bring renewed hope through results.

Did internet die after dotcom boom and bust?! No. It got stronger.

Crypto gaming will prevail too.

We will do our best to make sure this vertical sees the light by Seedworld's efforts.

As well as continue to support as many builders building dope stuff at Seedify too.

I was convinced of crypto gaming in 2017 when there was not a single game. I was convinced during 2021, where we helped propel a massive gaming bullrun through our gaming launches. I was convinced during the depths of the bear, during the short runs, and during this time where many closing shops.

Crypto gaming will be a huge entertainment industry one day.

The path wasn't supposed to be easy. Just like how long it's been taking crypto apps to become adopted outside of our space, gaming gone through the same hurdles too.

But that doesn't mean it won't be insanely big one day. We just need to recognize our shortcomings, get better, and build things that will prevail.

After this run, crypto will be far more regulated and balanced. It'll be more consistent, but the crazy fast-money potential will be gone.

After this wave in AI, the dominant companies will control everything and develop at light speed. There is a BRIEF window of massive disruption opportunity in the next 12 months that will close forever after this.

In the true sense… it’s time to lock the everliving F%$K in, gentlemen (and the 3’s girls that follow).

This is, with no hype, the biggest money-making potential month(s) of the last couple decades.

I personally will be at my desk skipping all things, saying no to everything and putting everything into these moves/market and building the Mona Lisa of marketing AI at HYROS.

Clear mind. Zen focus. You can get drunk on your superyacht later. This is your origin story. Don’t fumble it.

Just got off a Seedworld meeting, which made me realize once again we are creating a game that will bring millions into web3gaming.
