@philthatremains No it’s not. Who’s going to jail for these crimes? Curious how you punish a non-profit with jail time? Leftists don’t indict NGO’s. They put their opposition in jail. Ask every J-6er.
Ooh you indicted a non-profit. How exactly do you put a non-profit in jail??? The leftist put their opposition in jail. SLPC will get hit with a fine or maybe even close up shop. So what. The people that run it will just open another non-profit and do the same thing. Why? BECAUSE THEY KNOW REPUBLICANS WON’T PUT THEM IN JAIL.
@nicksortor@seanmdav A NGO got indicted but not any actual people??? Big deal. They’ll shut SPLC down and just start another NGO to do the same thing. Wake me up when people are actually indicted. That’s the only way this stops.
@JackPosobiec Erika Kirk has no “victim’s rights” to a speedy trial. On the other hand, the defendant has a right to full discovery. What is the government hiding? Why won’t they hand over full discovery?
@BarstoolBigCat@OhioTate Can someone please have a talk with Tate about the facial hair situation. He’s got facial hair of a 13 year old. It’s just sad.
@zerohedge Long overdue. My wife had to hire couriers for her business to deliver packages 90 miles away because literally 50% of the time, the package shipped with FedEx was showing up days later instead of overnight which she paid for. FedEx is an absolute disaster right now.
@RickAddante@GulagInmate5790@GBNT1952 Right. So a 9mm has approximately 300-500 ft lbs of energy. A 30-06 has 2700-3000 ft lbs of energy. Apples to oranges.
@AugustusMcCrea3@GBNT1952 You really aren’t seeing problematic variable here? The neck of a deer is much thicker and stronger than the area of the human neck where Charlie was shot. Apples and oranges.
No. The argument is that absolutely nobody has done any type of experiment that shows it is possible for a flimsy human neck bone to stop a 30-06 with 2500 ft lbs of energy behind it. The only evidence I’ve seen is folks saying “I’ve been a hunter for 20 years and bullets do weird things”.
You posted evidence that bullets can get lodged in a neck. Not arguing that a .22. or a .380 shot at close range can’t get lodged in a neck. I’m saying a clean shot from a 30-06 at a nearly level plain with 2500+ ft lbs of force behind it can’t be stopped by a human neck. You posted no evidence that contradicts that.
