@wolmanj Thanks to the Government Employee Fair Treatment Act of 2019 (https://t.co/MLyKeQxG14), furloughed federal employees are now guaranteed back pay. However, this does not cover contractors who are unable to work. To the best of my knowledge, they have never been compensated.
