@AmericanAir Twice in weeks I’ve sat 3 hours on the tarmac with no water or cabin crew attention! Today a first officer said “I wish we had better employees,” and a Terminal C agent said “I wish we had a better CEO.” Staff urged me to tweet since complaints aren’t handled. AA2321
Complain to @americanair about their shocking service and they come back, “Delays frustrate us too”. Total lack of any attention by the cabin crew whilst stuck on ground for hours. Employees complaining about each other and the CEO! @robertisom
