MAGA man points gun at Black delivery driver for Amazon—she was already walking away.

Turns out he was Chief of Police.

Officers refused to file report—saying he did nothing wrong.

"Put your hands up!" he yells.
"I need to make sure you're legit!"

It was her first day driving for Amazon Flex—and also her last.

"I don’t want to even think about seeing another police officer," she said.

"I don’t even want to think about going near anybody’s house at night."

Christine Rodgers was the Amazon driver.

She wants Amazon to help drivers stand out—such as with a dashboard indicator light—so homeowners know it is a delivery and not a threat.

Tim Witham is the Roseland Police Chief.

He did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
