Their flight coming to EWR was also “cancelled” and they were put on a flight to JFK, only to find out while at the airport that the EWR flight was on schedule!!!
These are elderly people. I’d appreciate a show of honesty and putting them back on the original flight to BOM.

@airindia just got an email that flight AI 144 is cancelled on Aug 9th form EWR-BOM. My parents have been asked to get on a flight all the way on Aug 25. Your website shows AI144 is scheduled on Aug 9. So I’m not sure why the lie/excuse.

My father got a text from you stating flight AI 191 has been cancelled and they’re transferred to a different flight. They find out at the airport that the original flight has not been cancelled. Why lie?
