Hi from the team at #AIMed in San Francisco ✨
If you’re onsite, head over to the Exhibit Hall at 10:40, where our Medical Director, Dr. @DrAdel_B , will demonstrate our tool in a partner domain.
Join us at booth C20 any time if you have questions or fancy a chat.
@ElieJarrougeMD I don’t think one size fits all in my experience. Differences in gut microbiome etc probably mean individualised diets may be the key in future. We all process the same food differently.
@DrShanHussain I’m huge fan of the book and recommended reading if you like sci fi @DrShanHussain. This version is still much clearer than previous attempts but it’s a complex narrative that some people say cannot be put into celluloid.
@Dr_Ayan @DrSimonHodes @rich_pratt @accuRx@DrNeenaJha@adahealth Thanks @Dr_Ayan (we should catch up btw!) & @rich_pratt- great topic! Ada’s chat interface designed to be emphatic and feel like you’re talking to a real doctor (how the AI works too- mimics real clinician/GP). Empathy and good comms key to all the content
@ElieJarrougeMD Much of primary care is about prevention and the outcomes are not immediately visible or measurable (eg how many coronary arteries never got occluded Vs stents placed). This is never seen as glamorous or sexy even though everyone accepts prevention is better than cure.
@TomPMarshall Regular physical examination/ check up with bloods in young and fit with no significant risk factors. Risk of harm from false neg/ false pos, lack of good evidence for benefit or effectiveness
@DGlaucomflecken This basically sums up my experience of vascular surgery as a new doc- amazing things are so similar around the world and nothing has changed much after all these years😆
@DrShanHussain Before I became a GP, I worked as an Elderly care / Med Reg and really loved the idea of the one stop shop MDT style elderly clinics - quick diagnostic access and specialist support with lots more time to get to the bottom- ideally run by a GP🤓
