BREAKING: Donald Trump's week kicks off with devastating news as fresh polling reveals that President Biden is pulling ahead of him amongst likely voters — a likely result of his disastrous criminal trial.

And it gets even better...

New polling from ABC News/Ipsos shows that President Biden is now ahead of Trump by 4 points among likely voters. 49% said they'd support Biden, 45% would support Trump.

A margin like that could be more than enough to win Biden the election...

On top of that, 80% of Trump supporters said that they would still support him if he's convicted in the hush money case. However, 16% would reconsider their support and 4% would abandon him. Losing 20% of his base would be a crushing electoral blow for Trump.

That said, our work is far from done. The same poll found that Biden and Trump were nearly tied in a match-up among all adults and among registered voters.

It falls to all of us to spread the word of Biden's achievements and Trump's crimes. It's working.

Judge Cannon's ruling is correct and obvious, and avoids her getting reversed for a 3rd time by the Eleventh Circuit. Predict she will also reverse herself on full disclosure of witness names/statements (for same reason). Many more motions for her to decide...

BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith hits back hard after Donald Trump demands that the Supreme Court refuse to rule on his supposed "presidential immunity," saying that the "public interest" requires a "prompt resolution" because the charges are of "utmost gravity."

As usual, Smith did not mince words...

Trump is currently begging the court NOT to step in and rule on his claim to immunity, because he wants as many delays and hurdles in place ahead of his criminal case. Clearly, Trump is deathly afraid that they'll rule against him.

"The public interest in a prompt resolution of this case favors an immediate, definitive decision by this Court. The charges here are of the utmost gravity," wrote Smith in his new filing to the justices.

Appropriately, Smith compared this case to the Watergate scandal.

"Here, the stakes are at least as high, if not higher: the resolution of the question presented is pivotal to whether the former President himself will stand trial – which is scheduled to begin less than three months in the future," stated Smith.

The Special Counsel went on to state that Trump "stands accused of serious crimes because the grand jury followed the facts and applied the law. The government seeks this Court’s resolution of the immunity claim so that those charges may be promptly resolved, whatever the result."

"Enforcing federal criminal laws that prohibit such conduct is vital to protecting our constitutional processes and democracy itself," he added.

Jack Smith is clearly in the right here. The only people who could possibly take Trump's side on this issue are diehard MAGA extremists. The Supreme Court must heed Smith's request.

BREAKING: CNN drops bombshell, reveals that Trump’s lawyer who helped plan and orchestrate his fake electors” scheme in multiple different states just FLIPPED on Trump in a desperate effort to strike a deal with Nevada prosecutors to avoid prison.

But it gets WORSE for Trump…

CNN reports that, “Chesebro’s cooperation with Nevada prosecutors covers his involvement in that state leading all the way up” to Trump’s deadly January 6 insurrection.

Adding insult to injury for Trump, CNN also reports that “Chesebro has already pleaded guilty in the Georgia 2020 election subversion case, where he has admitted to conspiring with Trump to put forward slates of fake electors in multiple states” — and “CNN has identified Chesebro as an unindicted co-conspirator in the federal criminal case that special counsel Jack Smith brought against Trump this summer.”

This is devastating for Donald Trump because Cheseboro is going to be the nail in the coffin for him on multiple different cases because he’s cooperating with prosecutors — and nobody can tell judges and juries more about Trump’s fake electors crime spree than him.
