@jamiebgolden I don’t feel bad for saying no to social events. I get 8 hours of sleep almost every night. I have enough money to where I can splurge every now and then on trips or other things that I find value in and not have to worry.
@andrewsfeil It’s hard! I feel for teachers who teach simultaneously daily. As an adult facilitator of meetings, I usually have the luxury of all or nothing and I know teachers don’t always get that option. Talk to some teachers...I’m sure they will give you the best tips!
@andrewsfeil Lesson learned: There are a ton of benefits to this style of working but if we don’t pay attention to our pace, no one else will and we will burn out. Scheduling breaks and intentional time away from the screen is crucial!
Dear World,
We wrote an Open Letter to tell you we’re changing the plan. If we can't convince the tech industry to value underestimated people, we're intent to do it ourselves at enormous scale.

@andrewsfeil Leading churches and leading schools are probably the two hardest jobs right now. Every decision you make will be wrong to some with consequences that are harmful either way. It truly is a lose lose. I pray for our leaders all the time.
@LisaKoelsch @talithapmoore @chrissyteigen I had a photographer take pictures of my family when i lost my son the day he was born as well. Those are the only memories I will ever have holding my son. The emotion of losing a child is unbearableness but she will always cherish those pictures. 💙
@shareski My husband is in Ca. He has hooked up his computer to our tv so he has two screens. He is doing amazing things! I love listening to him engage with his 6th graders. They are definitely making the most of distance learning and his students really are learning.
@mrwisley @FresnoCoSS @mhebern Great to see you today! And always great to have an active chat box voice like yours!! Good luck launching the new school year!
@mrwisley @gpiercecummings @Flipgrid We have a monthly staff meeting in our office that includes a few departments...maybe 60 people? Since SIP, we have used Flipgrid for monthly gratitudes and accolades(we usually do them in person). We open it a few weeks before the meeting and then people can post and watch.
