Obsession is not a bad thing. Obsession is a level of consistency that's unflappable.
We must spend focused time every day committed to our ultimate outcome. We must create a driven obsession that will remove doubt and create strength in action. #adjustingforleadership
I believe strongly that we are all here to do great things. We are here to push ourselves to see what we can accomplish. The name of this game, called life, is progress and contribution. Keep progressing in life and keep expanding your reach for others. #adjustingforleadership
Self-leadership is about taking charge of your life.
When you accept responsibility for your life, and see it as it is, not worse than it is…then you can live each day with the mission of making “today” better than yesterday. #adjustingforleadership#selfleadership#inspire
I get chills when I think about a world filled with self-leaders that are living life to the max. To make the decision to influence yourself in such a way that you align your life path with reaching your full potential…that’s epic! That’s the greatest mission there is.
Almost time to tune in! TODAY I’ll be on @wgnmorningnews at 9:15am CT. I’m looking forward to sharing about Adjusting for Leadership & how the lessons in my book will help lead to #fulfillment, #happiness &
#success. I have Top #LifeHacks for Massive #Productivity for you, too!
It is so easy to make excuses for where we “should be." We must take responsibility for where we are today and everything that led up to this point. There is no good excuse anymore. There is only you. Focus on you! Focus on what you want! That is the only thing we can control.
Writing this book allowed me to get vulnerable. I believe that so many of us are scared to be vulnerable, so we put on a front for people. My mistakes made me who I am today and will continue to be the framework for my growth. Mistakes are human. #personaldevelopment#growth
Dr. Mancici has been a mentor of mine for many years. He is an amazing speaker, philanthropist and best-selling author. I have learned many lessons about the power of the mind and body through Dr. Mancini. Condition your mind with habits that will build strength in action daily.
To create life-long change you need a strong belief system. There's nothing you cannot be, there's nothing you cannot do, there's nothing you cannot have. This I know: You are your own rule-maker. You set the guidelines. You decide how well you have done, how well you are doing.
The hardest part of reaching a goal is...GETTING STARTED! The 2nd hardest part is not quitting when things get hard. Success doesn’t come from being the smartest, it comes from persistent commitment to achievement through self-discipline. #AdjustingForLeadership#bestseller
On Father’s Day I thank God for my blessings, I thank my loving wife Jacqueline for our daughter Bianca, and I thank each of you for your loving support. In my book "Adjusting for Leadership", I write letters to Bianca helping to guide her through the challenges of life.
The letters in the book are life lessons that I’ve learned through my mistakes and shortcomings. These letters are there to support my daughter through her life. Sure she will make mistakes, I just hope the letters can help her learn just a little faster than her old man did LOL.
I wrote A4L to be relatable on many levels:
*if you’re a student
*if you’re in business
*if you’re an entrepreneur
*if you’re a chiropractor
*if you’re a spouse
*if you’re a parent
Lessons within my book were specifically chosen to have the biggest impact for each reader.
I was blessed to meet and speak with Harry Kraemer this past year. I have truly enjoyed our talks, and I'm thrilled to highlight his review on the cover of my book. Harry is a great author, mentor, and a man of great faith and wisdom. He wrote the book, “From Values to Action."
I wanted my book to be relatable to the relentless climb it takes to make it in life and business. I also wanted the book to get personal with the main character: show his past pain, the relationships with his family and falling in love.
