Today I took my daughter to her for her 6 month vaccines. As a surgeon and a program director, I am ALWAYS busy. But we need to normalize taking time off for our children's appointments. We need to normalize that men can be equally involved.

Sad times for @britishswimming. Two 50m pools not reopening following #COVID19 lockdown. Home to two of the biggest swimming clubs in the UK @ealingsc and @PondsForge. Both with long track record of greatness. So much for @London2012 legacy!
Around 12 million people in the UK are living with hearing loss, deafness or tinnitus. Face coverings, social distancing and inaccessible public health information are having a huge impact on every single one of them.
