CSIR, UGC, and JK-SET clearly wrote on my certificates that they declare me eligible for Lectureship throughout the country. I think they forgot to mention that the certificates are valid only in Rest Of India
#jK_PSC and #JK_School_Edu department doesn't comply with them.
