Physically impossible to swap with any colleagues so then told if I ‘volunteered’ for Easter weekend I could get my AL.

In 2009 I was paid £15/hr as a pool lifeguard.
In 2023 I have a BSc, a masters, a medical degree, surgical postgrad exams and teach junior doctors.
They pay me £19.10/hr before tax.
Many operations don't take the full hour to complete.
