@GeekyFayeArt The thing I find super annoying is a lot of the time I don't realise they aren't the original creator - I do end up scrolling down to find the credit. They are quite useful for finding people to follow, but I think mostly they're a pox.
Hazards of buying a second hand tradeshow 3d printer - finding all the things which have gotten knackered which need cleaning and/or replacing... 🤦🏼🤦🏼 #3Dprinting#makers#creality
We think we're going to make one of these... I made a huge scarf last year and I've been dying to make them for others since!! #3Dprinting#makers https://t.co/j3t6dsgECp
A plus of buying this printer straight from the tradeshow floor is that it comes bundled with whatever they were printing on the stand and we've got no idea what it was... #mystery
The excitement coming off this one reminds me why I fell in love with this technology in the first place. (also him, tbf.) #3Dprinting#makers#technogeek
@CandiceMajewski The conflict between "if you're not well, don't come into work" and "we're worried about the number of sick days you've taken" causes me no end of consternation.
Starting out with a 3D printer appears to be a lot like looking after a baby:
"What does that noise mean?"
"Is it supposed to be making that noise?"
"How do you tell if you've done it right?"
"OH GOD, WHAT IF WE'VE DONE IT WRONG?!"
