@drkeithsiau@brany49604861 Tough one without manometry, and I've been surprised to see a classic axhalasia like this look like type 2. But most likely type 1

My daughter and I use @ChatGPTapp to create a 'pooh-nicorn'. I thought it could be the official mascot for Canadian GIs. The first iteration was pedestrian (a unicorn with a colon- tail). I asked it to make it more 'poopy' and ee got this. @CanGastroAssn#GITwitter#MedEd
To the top of the ward, to the top of the hall,
Now click away, click away, click away all.
And I heard him exclaim, ere he flew out of site,
Happy Lumeo to all, and to all a good night.

The night before Lumeo:
Twas the night before Lumeo and all through God's house,
Orders were flowing with the click of a mouse.
The wards were all gifted WOWs with great care,
In hopes that patients will receive care there.
When the frustrated workers came up with a clatter,
There came Sid Srivastava with a fix for the matter.
Now dotphrase, now power plan, now CPOE,
On PC, on Laptop, no paper for me.
The 7th annual Canadian GI Fellows Motility Course @UAlberta#canadiangi organized by Dr. Lazarescu and Dr. Sadowski was yet another success! +40 attendees now equipped with tools to manage some of the most common GI disorders @CanGastroAssn
