I could build that for you way cheaper but it wouldnt be fm 1910 vintage obviously... That is a simple barn design. I like 12 inch by 12 white oak beams. Probably last 300 years.. Im working on one for myself in The Plains Va accross fm Robert Duvalls place Like the style

@a_klofat Here my friends take their child after the 11 th grade in public & put them back a year in prep school to re-do the 11th grade and then 12th grade at cost 75,000$ a yr. This gets them a great start. Where were these parents when I was young?. I had to buy my own stethoscope!!

My thought is if you are a quality politician you should not need to "buy" votes with expensive programs & are endorsed on ur merit

@a_klofat Good point ..my family in Germany said the same thing. Child care is amazing expensive and you never know what they are saying / doing to your kids. Its always complicated unfortunately!

@a_klofat Its a beautiful ride through the mountains to get there. Think the prices there detur some travelers, at some point it takes the fun out of the trip, unless you have to go for business reasons.

@a_klofat You can get a visa card that has no currency conversion charges and uses the daily rate. Schwab accts can extract cash as well with no charges and use one 4 digit pin you can remember. Its very difficult if your already there and don't have this in place tho.

@a_klofat Unfortunately you will notice when you pay for things,..they are much more expensive there. So much better value in Austria in my opinion.

@a_klofat Exactly ...I looked that up, about 53 miles per gallon and fairly highly rated vehicle. Just commented on the Lexus in case you ever move here. I feel your amazing skill set isn't appropriately appreciated in EU. But this is turning into an autocracy too..ugh.. How is Scotland?

@a_klofat Keep it going anyway you can if it's safe to take it to Poland. New cars have problems too. The early 2000 lexus's were built with very precise tolerances. Guess in EU petrol prices are a bigger deal than here of course!

@mcuban Tks Mark your too honest and a patriot! How about those new 747s. They are grossly inefficient aircraft. The Japanese PM had one in pristine cond.. could of re-purposed there's if we really cared about efficiency and not the show!

@arghavan_salles Buying super inefficient obsolete 747s for the " show" is also extremely wasteful. Just saying!!. Cost around 100k to replace a physician in a hospital and so on. Agree totally w/ya. but they will never ask you..unfortunately!

I have 4 vehicles & spend vert no money on repairs. I'm a ER doc but fix all kinds of stuff. I don't really like the new vehicles Too many 🔔s. Early Hondas are good too. Orig owner 100k max! Cgs lt ok
