@geteero had a stable WiFi network with my eero pro 6’s and an xfinity modem. Got tired of paying rent for the xfinity box and bought an Arris Surfboard 8200 modem. Internet works find with direct hookup to modem. Power cycling both won’t help. Any ideas?

@TMobileHelp we just went on vacation and had signed up for the international unlimited plan on my wife’s line for $50. From the second we landed her phone stopped working. We could only use her phone when we were on Wi-Fi. And my phone had to be used when we weren’t.

@TMobile signed up for Magenta Max promotion in July. Billed improperly for 5 months now despite being promised by corporate and local store it would be corrected. Switch from AT&T to TMobile only if you want to quit your job to have time for phone calls. Not worth the savings!

@TMobile switched from ATT via “insider deal” 20% off for life and $50 referral. Been a nightmare since, offer never activated. Store GM refuses to return a phone call, corporate promised a return call from a supervisor and never followed through. Is this how you do business?
