@DrChandanaReddy Skip the $5,500 package. PDs value your ability to explain stats and methodology via various tools like R over paid, low-tier pubs (which is unethical). Get ACLS/BLS for $300 via the AHA; EMR is free on rotations. Build your CV through skills, not fees.

Our study is a call for safer dialysis care. Gram-neg bacteria and MRSA are the primary threats for patients in Pakistan. Reducing femoral site use and moving toward early AVF creation, can drastically cut infection risks

@NTFabiano it doesn’t automatically carry the same risks if done properly, and morning sickness is a special case since the body reacts negatively to food in the morning,so delaying breakfast isn’t harmful the same way.Overall, context matters more than just “eating or not eating breakfast”
@NTFabiano The study shows that regularly skipping breakfast is linked with higher depression, stress, and mental distress, but this mainly applies to people who skip meals as a poor habit or unhealthy lifestyle; intermittent fasting is differentbecause it is planned and structured, so 1/2
@androonme You didn’t make a mistake, you made a choice
Not just any choice—one that targeted someone who trusted you
Now you’re stuck between guilt and fear
Guilt tells you to confess
Fear tells you to stay quiet
But understand this:
Every day you stay silent, you choose yourself over him
