@collinstimbela_ I used mg bisglycinate and had the best 2 months of sleep. However, it just stopped working. I take it now and it rather makes me insomniac. The feeling I had with its first use is long gone. Any one noticed this same thing?😩😩😩😩

Now, I am very meticulous with my driving.
