When I was a SAR on gen med @IMResidencyDuke, we had the team go around and say what music they listened to. My med student Kevin goes “I like old school rap like Eminem.” Well, Kevin, I hope you enjoyed yday’s “old-school” half-time show. I know I did!

I’ll add to the #dukefam love. Some tough situations in the @DukeMICU recently but @IMResidencyDuke residents handled this with grace and really stepped up to help families through the worst days of their lives. Being a @DukePulmFellows is a joy when I work with these residents!

Very impressed by the @dukemedicine
residents. When rounding late on a complicated immunocompromised service, I found multiple IM residents sitting & having real conversations with their patients and treating them as people, not illnesses.
