@acweyand Bats dont hit kids in the head, kids kit kids in the head (with a bat). Did anyone suggest to give bats to the other kids so the first kid is less likely to hit other kids in the head with a bat?
@DrTobiasFunky Beeing nice to your students colleagues and peers is so simple it sometimes hurts to hear that it is so rare people have to post about it. What do we do to the asshole bosses? https://t.co/71Mgae3vrW
@DouglasDavisRN@OGdukeneurosurg As always “placement comes first” #emergencymedicine. Evaluate her for inmediate life threats and make the decision to land/divert. That means very little history (maybe one or two questions) and hardly any neuro exam

When #teaching: Repeat the important message at least three times. End the session with the message again and again and again. End the session with the message again and again and again. End the session with the message again and again and again. https://t.co/d54o49i4pN #FOAMed

@ERthisisBridge How to survive #emergencymedicine : Start teaching. A bit every day. Some days more. Talk to the students. Motivate them and be the best mentor you can be. Feel the thrill of doing stuff for the first time all over again….. and start drinking. #FOAMed
@nurse_charming Thats when a nurse is first and foremost an advocate for his or her patient. Nothing is more important that that. She or he will go through fire to get what the patient deserves (that and she is into fur)
