Tuskegee Airmen in Ramitelli, Italy March 1945. 992 pilots graduated from the Tuskegee Air Field & they flew 1,578 missions and 15,533 sorties, destroyed 261 aircraft, & won more than 850 medals. Thanks to the US Army Future Soldier Family for reminding us of their contributions
