So frustrated and disappointed. #delta sent my connecting flight MSP-CVG tonight without 9 people flying in from PDX. We waited so long for a gate that we were late. And instead of holding the flight a few minutes, #deltaMSP had them leave for an EARLY arrival at CVG.
